Brian McGrath and SGS International have been involved with the Club and our road races for the last five years and each year they have given their full support, on many occasions going above and beyond what’s required. SGS International is a fantastic sponsor appreciating how much effort and work is required to hold an event like this. Brian McGrath is very knowledgeable on all things bikes so he understands what’s needed in every aspect.

“In Brian’s case, nothing is ever too much trouble for him. We are truly grateful to him and SGS International for stepping up and supporting us for 2016. It means a lot to us as without sponsors we really could not put on this great national road race.”

The Armoy Road Races are one of Northern Ireland’s prime motorsport gatherings, attracting motorcycle riders both locally and internationally, and SGS’s commitment to the Armoy Road Races underlines the popularity and esteem of this annual event.

SGS International group managing director for Europe, Brian McGrath, said, “I didn’t hesitate to come back on board and support the Armoy Road Racing Motorcycle Club and the Race of Legends 2016. Having been involved with road racing in one way or another for nearly thirty years and thoroughly enjoyed the Armoy Road Races for the last five years it was a very easy decision. The Armoy Road Races and the Race of Legends epitomises all that is great about this sport. “There is no doubt in my mind that the Armoy Road Races have got bigger and better as each year progresses and without a doubt SGS International will add to and support that growth for 2016. Once again I’ll pray for good weather, good racing and good craic for the Race of Legends.”
