The Road Races (Armoy Motorcycle Road Race) Order (Northern Ireland) 2026
Armoy Motorcycle Road Racing Club hereby gives notice that in accordance with an order made on the 1st July 2026 by the Department for Infrastructure under Order Number 107, the right of way on the roads described in the schedule set out below will be suspended on Friday 24th July 2026 between the hours of 10.00 am and 9.30 pm and on Saturday 25th July 2026 between the hours of 9.00 am and 7.30 pm. During these periods, no persons, vehicles or other forms of traffic, except police, officials and other persons duly authorised, shall be permitted to use or remain on any portion of the said roads.
SCHEDULE OF ROADS IN COUNTY ANTRIM COMPRISING THE COURSE:
1. Glenshesk Road, Route B15, from its junction with Hillside Road, Route A44, to its junction with Lagge Road, Route C84.
2. Coolkeeran Road, Route C84, from its junction with Glenshesk Road, Route B15, for a distance of 155 metres in a southerly direction.
3. Glenshesk Road, Route B15, from its junction with Lagge Road, Route C84, for a distance of 315 metres in a north-easterly direction.
4. Lagge Road, Route C84, from its junction with Glenshesk Road, Route B15, to its junction with Magheramore Road, Route A44.
5. Hillside Road, Route C84, from its junction with Lagge Road, Route C84, for a distance of 176 metres in a north-easterly direction.
6. Magheramore Road, Route A44, from its junction with Lagge Road, Route C84, for a distance of 535 metres in a northerly direction.
7. Hillside Road, Route A44, from its junction with Lagge Road, Route C84, to its junction with Glenshesk Road, Route B15.
8. Ballykenver Road, Unclassified, from its junction with Hillside Road, Route A44, for a distance of 420 metres in a south-westerly direction.
9. Drones Road, Route A44, from its junction with Glenshesk Road, Route B15, for a distance of 247 metres in a southerly direction.
