Supersport 1 shortlited for ‘Race of the Year’

It’s that time of the year again, the Cornmarket Motorbike Awards.
Although Saturday’s racing at Armoy 2018 was abandoned, we had a fantastic Supersport race on Friday between Adam McClean and Paul Jordan with little to separate them throughout and it was Paul who slipstreamed past Adam on the run to the chequered flag as he wrapped up victory by a mere seven one-thousandths of a second. A race that is noteworthy and significant enough to be include in the A. McLean Bookmakers ‘Race of the Year’.

The six shortlisted races are;
NW200 Saturday Supertwins race.
Tandragee 100 Feature race.
BSB Supersport Brands Hatch.
NW200 Superstock race 2.
BSB Superstock Race Thruxton

And of course our very own Armoy Supersport 1
